Privacy notice

At Neuro+® we protect the personal data you share with us through this site. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This English version is a reference translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this privacy notice prevails.

Short-form notice

SUCHAINT, S.A. de C.V., doing business as Neuro+®, located at Durango #195, 5th floor, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700, Mexico City, will process your identification, contact and employment data to handle your demo, contact, support or partner program request. Unless you object, we will also use it to send you commercial information; you can opt out at any time by writing to contacto@neuroplus.mx. The full privacy notice follows below.

01Who is responsible for your data

SUCHAINT, S.A. de C.V., doing business as Neuro+® (formerly andlogistics), located at Durango #195, 5th floor, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

For any matter related to this notice, you can write to contacto@neuroplus.mx or call +52 55 7601 5372 or +52 55 5922 8232, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mexico City time).

02What data we collect

We collect the data you provide through the forms on this site, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp:

  • Identification and contact data: full name, work email and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Employment data: the company you work for and your job title.
  • About your operation: number of distribution centers, fleet size, the products you are interested in and anything you share in your messages.

We do not request sensitive personal data, so please do not include it in your messages. We also collect browsing data automatically, as explained in the cookies section.

03How we use your data

Purposes necessary to handle your request:

  • Contacting you to schedule and deliver the demo you requested.
  • Understanding your operation and preparing a tailored proposal.
  • Answering your messages and following up on your request.
  • Handling support requests if you are already a customer.
  • Evaluating your application to the partner program.

Additional purposes, which are not necessary to handle your request:

  • Sending you information about our products, news, case studies, events and webinars.
  • Inviting you to answer satisfaction surveys.
  • Producing statistics on interest in our products and measuring the results of our campaigns.

04How to opt out of the additional purposes

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, write to contacto@neuroplus.mx with the subject “No deseo recibir información comercial” (I do not wish to receive commercial information). You can also unsubscribe using the link included in every email we send you. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

05Who we share your data with

Neuro+® does not sell your personal data. We only share it in these cases:

  • With providers that supply us with website hosting, email and customer relationship management (CRM) services, who process your data on behalf of Neuro+® and under our instructions.
  • With companies in our corporate group that operate under the same data protection policies, when necessary to handle your request, for example to quote floor infrastructure.
  • With competent authorities, when required by law.

Under the law, these disclosures do not require your consent. If in the future we need to share your data in any other case, we will ask for your consent first.

06Your ARCO rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and how we use it (access), to ask us to correct it if it is outdated or inaccurate (rectification), to have it deleted from our records (cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (opposition).

To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@neuroplus.mx with:

  • Your name and a way for us to send you our response.
  • A copy of your official ID or, if you act on behalf of someone else, the document that proves your authority to represent them.
  • A clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data it refers to.
  • Any other information that helps us locate your data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 days from the date we receive your request. If your request is granted, we will carry it out within 15 days after our response.

07How to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw the consent you gave us to process your data at any time, using the same procedure described in the previous section. In some cases we will not be able to do so immediately, for example if a legal obligation requires us to keep your data, and if the withdrawal prevents us from handling your request, we will not be able to continue with it.

08How to limit the use of your data

  • Write to contacto@neuroplus.mx to be added to our exclusion list and stop receiving commercial information.
  • Register with Profeco’s Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) to stop receiving advertising calls.

09Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, understand how you use it and measure our advertising campaigns, through tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Through them we obtain data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, your browsing time and the ad or site you came from. You can disable or delete them in your browser settings; if you do, some parts of the site may not work properly.

To protect our forms against automated submissions (spam), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which automatically analyzes technical data from your browser and device without showing visible challenges. Cloudflare processes this data in accordance with its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

10Changes to this notice

We may update this notice due to changes in the law, in our services or in our practices. We will publish any change on this same page and show the date of the latest update at the top.

11Authority

If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority in charge of overseeing compliance with the law.
